These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on trybleachercrew.com (the "Site"), operated by MILHANE GLOBAL LLC ("The Bleacher Crew", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and display our products, including the Crew Cushion, as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes and weights are approximate. Inflated, the Crew Cushion measures about 17.3 × 13.4 × 2 in; packed, about 3.9 × 3.5 × 1.2 in, and weighs about 3.2 oz.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes and any shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Bundle prices and promotions are valid while they are displayed on the Site and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or if a product is out of stock. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is charged when you place your order. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders usually ship within a few business days, and delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Free shipping offers apply as described on the Site at the time of your order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct: we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier-confirmed delivery address.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.

8. Product use and safety

The Crew Cushion is a portable seat cushion for everyday comfort. It is not a medical device, a flotation device or a toy. Keep it away from sharp objects, open flames and high heat. Close the valve before cleaning, hand wash only and let it air dry. Children should use it under adult supervision. Use it only on stable seating surfaces.

9. Limited warranty and disclaimer

We warrant that your product will be free from manufacturing defects when delivered. Except for this warranty, our 30-day money-back guarantee and any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law, products are sold "as is", and we disclaim all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MILHANE GLOBAL LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the The Bleacher Crew name, logo, the mascot Puff, images, videos and texts, is owned by or licensed to MILHANE GLOBAL LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MILHANE GLOBAL LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@trybleachercrew.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
